The production version of the XUV300 EV could be renamed the XUV400, and it is expected to be unveiled in the second half of 2022, with a market launch planned for January 2023. The electric version of the XUV300 will be longer than the standard version, at 4.2 meters in length, offering more boot space. The powertrain and battery details are yet to be revealed, but it is confirmed that the single motor will drive the front wheels, producing a minimum output of 150hp and fed by high-density NMC pouch cells.
